What does this watercolour pad do?
This Clairefontaine ETIVAL watercolour pad is specially developed for watercolour and wet techniques. The 200 g/m² paper offers the right sturdiness to absorb moisture without tearing or warping. You need this type of paper when working with watercolour paint, watercolour pencils or other techniques that involve water.

100% cellulose paper with a fine grain
The paper is made from 100% cellulose and has a fine grain that ensures good pigment absorption. Thanks to its acid-free composition, the paper will not yellow over the years, which is important for lasting artworks. The fine grain provides just enough texture for interesting effects without being too coarse for detailed work.

Practical features for optimal use
The pad is glued on all four sides, so the paper stays flat while you paint and does not curl up due to moisture. You receive two pads per pack, which is practical for stocking up or sharing. With 25 sheets per pad, you have enough paper for multiple projects or practice sessions.
