When do you choose this product?
What is this sketchbook for?
This kraft paper sketchbook is specially designed for artistic applications where you want to draw or paint on a brown surface. The kraft paper gives your work a warm, natural look and is ideal when you want to experiment with different colour effects than on white paper.
Why choose the A5 format?
The A5 format of 148 x 210 mm gives you the perfect balance between working space and portability. This compact size easily fits into your bag or backpack, so you can sketch wherever you go. With 50 sheets, you have enough paper for an extensive series of sketches or several projects.
Suitable for different techniques
The kraft paper is sturdy enough for dry techniques such as pencil, charcoal and pastel. It is also suitable for wet techniques, for example ink, gouache and acrylic. The pH-neutral and acid-free paper ensures that your artworks won't discolour or deteriorate over time.
Practical working benefits
The block is glued at the top, so the sheets stay firmly in place while you draw but tear off easily when your work is finished. The paper is also recyclable, making it a sustainable choice. The brown colour of the kraft paper makes white and light colours stand out even more and gives dark colours more depth.
