Quality paper that brings your creativity to life. The light texture gives grip to pencil and chalk, while the sturdy spiral keeps your pages lying flat while you draw.
When do you choose this product?
What does this sketchbook do and when do you need it?
This Clairefontaine sketchbook has been specially developed for sketches and drawings. You use it when you want to capture creative ideas, make technical drawings or develop artistic projects. The A3 format offers sufficient space for detailed works and overview drawings.
Why A3 is the right choice for your drawings
The A3 format of 297 x 420 mm gives you much more working space than standard A4 pads. This makes it ideal for architectural sketches, fashion designs or when you want to develop several ideas side by side. The spiral at the top ensures you can draw comfortably without your hand being hindered by the binding.
Why 120 g/m² paper weight matters
The paper weight of 120 g/m² provides a sturdy surface that does not easily sag while drawing. This weight prevents ink or pencil from bleeding through the paper to the next sheet. The lightly grained surface offers just enough texture to hold pencil and charcoal well, without fine details being lost.
Practical tip for long-term use
The acid-free paper ensures your drawings do not yellow or discolour over time. This is important if you want to keep or present your work. Store the pad lying flat in a dry environment to prevent warping. The 50 sheets give you enough material for a complete project or an extended period of creative work.
