What is transparent gift wrap and when do you use it?
Transparent gift wrap is a translucent film that you use as an alternative to traditional gift wrapping paper. You choose it when you want the contents of the gift to be partly visible or when you want to create an elegant, minimalist look. It gives gifts a modern, professional appearance.

Why choose this 70 cm width?
With a width of 70 cm, you can easily wrap medium to large items without needing multiple pieces of film. This size is ideal for books, boxes, bottles and other common gift items. The 3-metre length ensures you have enough material for several gifts.

35 micron thickness for optimal handling
The 35 micron thickness of this Clairefontaine film offers a good balance between flexibility and sturdiness. The material is thin enough to fold smoothly and neatly around corners, yet has sufficient resistance to tearing while you wrap. This thickness makes the material manageable for both experienced and novice wrappers.

Practical storage and use
Store the roll in a dry place to prevent clumping and static electricity. Always cut with sharp scissors for clean edges. Because of its transparency, you can see straight away whether your gift is positioned correctly before you stick it down permanently. Note that fingerprints may be visible, so handle the film by the edges for the best result.
