When do you need coloured heavyweight paper?

Coloured paper with a higher grammage is useful when ordinary printer paper feels too flimsy for your purpose. Think of presentation materials, invitations, certificates or eye-catching communications where the document should also make a solid physical impression. The apricot/peach colour, moreover, ensures that your documents stand out immediately among standard white paper.

Why this A3 format and 160 g/m²?

A3 format is ideal for posters, large overviews, floor plans or table cards that you unfold or hang on the wall. With a weight of 160 g/m², you are clearly above standard printing paper, which means the sheet shows less show-through, feels sturdier and is more resistant to folding. This makes the format and grammage a logical combination for printed matter that needs to remain presentable.

An honest note on colour and use

The apricot/peach shade is a soft, warm colour that stands out subtly without shouting. Please bear in mind that a coloured paper background affects how light ink colours appear, so some colours may look slightly different than on white paper. For text and dark graphic elements, this is usually not a problem.

Practical tip: compatibility and packaging

The Trophée range from Clairefontaine is suitable for inkjet printers, laser printers and photocopiers, so you don't have to worry about which printer you use. The pack contains 1,000 sheets, divided into four packs of 250 sheets each. Preferably store unopened packs lying flat in a dry, moisture-free place to prevent the paper from warping before you load it into the printer.
