What does this paper do and when do you need it?

Coloured paper is ideal when you want your documents to stand out, want to make an internal distinction between document types, or want to give presentations and reports a professional look. This Clairefontaine Trophée paper in grey offers a subtle, neutral colour that looks business-like without being overpowering.

Why this format and this weight?

With a weight of 120 g/m², this paper is noticeably heavier than standard copier paper. You notice this straight away when you hold it: it feels sturdier and curls less easily after printing. This makes it a good choice for documents you want to bind, hand out during meetings or keep for a long time, where a solid appearance matters.

Honest about the colour grey

Grey is a neutral shade that works well with black ink, but keep in mind that colour photos or colour charts will look less vibrant on it than on white paper. For text-heavy documents, cover sheets or divider tabs, however, this colour works very well. It is a deliberate choice that suits a sleek, business-like design.

Practical tip: compatibility and use

This paper is suitable for inkjet printers, laser printers and copiers, so you can use it throughout the office without worrying about printer compatibility. A pack contains 250 sheets, which is handy if you use the paper regularly but not in huge volumes. When loading the paper tray, make sure you don't load more sheets than your printer specifies, as heavier paper requires a bit more room in the paper tray.
