This is why Dex likes this article
This self-inking date stamp saves you time with every impression. With 8 lines of text and a generous size of 49×68 mm you personalise your documents exactly as you like, and thanks to the voucher for an individual text plate you make it entirely your own stamp.
When do you choose this product?
What does a date stamp do, and when do you need one?
A date stamp is used to automatically add the current date to documents, often combined with company details or other text. This is essential for administrative processes, mail handling, document registration and marking received paperwork. The COLOP Expert 3860 combines a date function with space for custom text.
Why choose this 8-line format?
With up to 8 lines of text, this stamp offers plenty of room for company information alongside the date. The 49×68 mm print format provides enough space for extensive text such as company name, address, department or specific notes. This format is ideal when you want to add more information than just a date.
Self-inking system for ease of use
The self-inking mechanism means you don't need a separate stamp pad, as the ink is built into the stamp. The included black pad ensures it is ready to use straight away. The 4 mm date height produces clearly legible date impressions that look professional on documents.
Practical tip for use and maintenance
The date is displayed in German format: day/month/year. To replace the ink pad, use the E/2800 replacement pad. The product comes with a voucher that allows you to have an individual text plate made, so you can fully personalise the stamp with your company details or desired text.
