Handy date stamp for quickly recording payments with the text 'PAYE le'. Self-inking and ready to use straight away, with a lifespan of 12 years it will last a long time.
When do you choose this product?
What does this date stamp do?
The COLOP Date Stamp M is a self-inking stamp that lets you quickly and clearly apply a date to documents. The stamp features the fixed text 'PAYÉ le', which makes it particularly suitable for marking paid invoices or proof of payment in a French-language administrative context.
When is this the right choice?
Do you work with French-language documents, or do you have customers or suppliers who require a French payment notation? Then this stamp is a perfect fit. The months are displayed in letters and the date format follows the French style, which looks professional on official documents.
What you need to know about the print size and ink
The printing area measures 25 x 12 mm, which is large enough for the date and the text 'PAYÉ le' in one clear impression. The supplied ink pad contains both blue and red ink, so you can match the colour to your document management or filing system. The date band is valid for a period of 12 years, so you can use the same stamp for a long time without replacing it.
Practical tip on replacement and maintenance
The stamp is self-inking and therefore works without a separate ink pad. When the ink runs low, use a replacement pad with the code E/10/2. Make sure you have this spare to hand as soon as the impressions start to look faint, so your administrative processing can carry on without interruption. The plastic housing keeps the stamp light and easy to handle for everyday use in the office.
