When should you use a date stamp for receipt registration?
A "RECEIVED" date stamp is used to mark incoming post, documents or deliveries immediately with the date of arrival. This ensures clear administrative records and helps you keep track of processing times and deadlines in your business processes.

Why choose the 30×45 mm size?
With a print size of 30×45 mm, this stamp provides enough room for both the word "RECEIVED" and the date, without taking up too much space on documents. The 4 mm letter height ensures the imprint is clearly legible, even on smaller documents or forms.

Benefits of the metal housing
The combination of a metal housing with a plastic handle gives you a robust stamp that can withstand intensive daily use. The metal provides stability and a crisp imprint, while the plastic handle sits comfortably in your hand when stamping.

Practical date setting
Setting the date is simple, using dials on the side of the stamp. You can quickly set the correct date by turning the wheels to the desired day, month and year. This makes it practical to use every day without complicated steps.
