Handy self-inking date stamp with the text 'BEZAHLT', ready for 12 years of use. Compact, quick and always a fresh impression thanks to the blue/red stamp pad.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A date stamp such as the COLOP Mini-Dater S 1 is used to quickly and consistently place a date on documents, invoices or delivery notes. Because the fixed text 'BEZAHLT' is built in, you combine the date with the status "paid" in a single stamp action. This is practical for financial administration, where you want to mark incoming payments on invoices or receipts without using a separate date stamp and text stamp.
Why is this format the right choice?
The print size of 25 x 12 mm is compact enough to fit on an invoice or receipt without taking up much space, yet still clearly legible. The months are shown in letters and the date format is German, which suits administration kept in that style. The plastic housing keeps the stamp light and suitable for daily use on a desk.
How it works and its lifespan
The stamp is self-inking, which means you don't need a separate ink pad every time you want to stamp. The year band inside is valid for 12 years, so you can use this stamp for a long time before you need a new year band. Do note that the ink itself will diminish after intensive use, even though the year band remains functional.
Practical tip
The stamp comes with a blue/red ink pad, so you can start straight away without any extra purchase. When the pad runs out, use the replacement pad with reference E/10/2 to
