What does this product do?

This date stamp automatically prints the date, supplemented with the fixed text 'EINGANG' (meaning 'received'). You use it when incoming post, invoices or documents need to be dated quickly and consistently on receipt. Because the stamp is self-inking, you do not need a separate ink pad for each impression.

Why this format?

With an imprint size of 25 x 12 mm, this stamp is compact enough to fit on standard documents, forms and smaller paper sizes without the impression taking up too much space. This makes it suitable for daily use at the counter or in administration, where you want to stamp quickly and clearly. The months are shown in letters, which improves the readability of the date compared with purely numerical notations.

Key feature: self-inking system

The self-inking mechanism means the ink is already built into the stamp, so you can stamp straight away without picking up a separate stamp pad. This is faster than traditional stamps, but once the ink runs low, you do depend on the correct replacement pad. Please note that the supplied pad is blue/red; this gives a two-tone effect, which stands out visually when stamping.
