Handy date stamp with the text 'GESCANNT', ideal for quickly marking documents with a date and status. Self-inking and usable for 12 years, so you'll enjoy convenience for many years to come.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This is a self-inking date stamp with the fixed text 'GESCANNT', intended for quickly providing documents with a date and a notation that something has been scanned. You use it when you want to date and mark incoming post, invoices or other documents as processed in a single action. Because the stamp is self-inking, you don't need to reach for a separate ink pad each time you use it.
Why this format?
With an imprint size of 25x12 mm, this stamp is compact enough to fit on standard documents and forms without taking up much space. The plastic housing keeps the device lightweight in use, which is handy if you use the stamp daily and repeatedly. The months are shown in letters and the date notation is in German, so keep this in mind when using it in a Dutch-speaking environment.
Self-inking and the role of the ink pad
The self-inking mechanism ensures that each impression is automatically supplied with ink, so the stamping itself runs smoothly. The stamp is supplied with a blue/red ink pad. When this pad runs dry, you can replace it with the spare ink pad E/10/2, so you don't have to replace the stamp straight away.
Practical tip: lifespan of the year band
The year band in this stamp is valid for 12 years, which means you
