When do you use a desk numbering stamp?
A desk numbering stamp is used for quickly and consistently numbering documents, invoices, receipts or other administrative papers. Thanks to the stable stand design, you have both hands free to position documents, which speeds up the work and improves the quality of your prints compared with hand stamps.

Why a 5 mm character height?
A character height of 5 mm ensures clearly legible prints that are not too large for standard documents, yet remain clearly visible on invoices and official papers.

Self-inking system with number bands
This stamp is self-inking, which means you don't need a separate ink pad. The ink reservoir is built in and provides thousands of impressions. You set the number bands using the drive wheels, so you can easily and precisely set the desired numbering without taking the stamp apart.

Practical features for intensive use
The metal housing makes this stamp suitable for daily office use. The Microban antibacterial protection provides extra hygiene, which is especially important when several people use the stamp. When the ink runs out, you simply replace the ink pad with the matching replacement pad.
