When do you need a DUPLICATE stamp?
This text stamp is specially designed to mark documents as a duplicate or copy. You use it when you need to copy original documents and want to clearly indicate that it is a copy. This prevents confusion and ensures correct document registration in your records.

Why this compact 14×38 mm size?
With an imprint size of 14×38 mm, this stamp fits perfectly on standard documents without taking up too much space. The size is large enough to be clearly legible, yet small enough to neatly place in a corner of invoices, contracts or other important papers.

Advantage of the self-inking system
This COLOP Printer 20/L is self-inking, which means you don't need a separate stamp pad. The red ink pad is already built into the plastic housing. This way you always stamp immediately and get consistent, clear impressions without the hassle of loose parts.

Practical tip for replacement
When the red ink runs out, you can easily replace the ink pad with the E/20 replacement pad. This fits this stamp model exactly and ensures your stamp works optimally again. Be sure to use the same E/20 type when replacing for the best results.
