When do you need a text stamp?
A text stamp is useful when you regularly need to place the same information on documents, letters or forms. This can be company information such as your address and phone number, but also standard texts for invoices, acknowledgements of receipt or correspondence. The COLOP Printer 40 is ideal for offices, administrative departments and small businesses that want a professional appearance.

Why choose this format?
With a print size of 23×59 mm, this stamp offers enough space for extensive texts without taking up too much room on your documents. You can use up to 6 lines of text, so alongside your company name you can also include address details, phone numbers and even a short slogan. This format is perfect for letterheads and official correspondence.

Self-inking for easy use
This text stamp is self-inking, which means you don't have to re-ink it each time. The built-in ink pad ensures consistent, clear impressions without any fuss. The black ink pad delivers sharp, professional results that are easy to read on white paper and light backgrounds.

Practical details for long-term use
You receive a voucher with which you can have an individual text plate made to your specifications. When the ink pad eventually dries out, you can replace it with an E/40 replacement pad. The green housing with black details makes the stamp easy to recognise among other office supplies.
