Keep your server cabinet tidy and airflow under control with this 19" blanking panel. The sturdy steel sheet effortlessly fills unused spaces and gives your rack a professional, finished look.
When do you choose this product?
What does a 19" blank panel do?
A blank panel fills the open spaces in your server rack or network rack where no equipment is installed. This gives a neat finish and improves airflow in your rack by sealing off unwanted air gaps. The panel prevents warm air from flowing back to the cold side of your equipment.
Why choose the 4 U height?
This blank panel covers 4 rack units (U) in your 19" rack, which corresponds to a height of 177 mm. You choose this variant when you have a larger open space that you want to cover in one go. This is more efficient than using several smaller panels and gives a neater result.
Sturdy sheet steel construction
The panel is made from sheet steel, which ensures the necessary strength and durability. The material holds its shape well and offers sufficient resistance to daily use in a professional environment. The black colour suits most standard rack equipment.
Mounting to the rack rails
You attach this blank panel to the rack rails of your 19" rack. The width of 483 mm and depth of 12 mm make it suitable for standard 19" racks. Make sure your rack is fitted with the correct rack rails before you install the panel. The panel fits any standard 19" rack with these rails.
