When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A 19 inch network cabinet provides a standardised enclosure for safely storing and organising network equipment such as switches, routers and servers. You need this type of cabinet when you want to install and protect multiple network components in a professional way against dust, unauthorised access and physical damage.
Why choose this 26 U variant?
With 26 rack units (U), this cabinet offers space for a medium-sized network installation. The compact dimensions of 600×600×1342 mm make it suitable for offices where space is limited, but where you still need to accommodate sufficient equipment. This size strikes a good balance between capacity and footprint.
Sturdy construction with security features
The cabinet is manufactured from 1.5 mm sheet steel and can carry up to 600 kg, which is sufficient for heavier network equipment. The steel front door has safety glass and a lockable swing handle, so your equipment remains protected against unauthorised access. The IP40 protection rating provides basic protection against dust and solid objects.
Practical installation tip
This network cabinet is delivered fully pre-assembled, so you can start installing your equipment straight away. The door hinge is easily reversible, allowing you to adapt the cabinet to your room layout. Make sure you allow adequate ventilation around the cabinet, especially at the rear where warm air is expelled.
