When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A 19-inch wall cabinet such as the DIGITUS SOHO is designed to safely store and organise network components such as switches, routers or patch panels. This compact 4U cabinet is ideal when you have a limited number of network components that need to be neatly tucked away on the wall.
Why choose this compact 4U variant?
With dimensions of 540×400×240 mm, this wall cabinet accommodates equipment up to 4 units high in the standard 19-inch format. This size is perfect for small to medium-sized installations where space is limited, such as offices, home workspaces or smaller business premises where you don't need a full server rack.
Security and accessibility
The cabinet features a lockable safety glass door, allowing you to protect your equipment against unauthorised access. The glass lets you check the status of your devices without opening the cabinet. The IP20 protection rating offers adequate protection against dust and contact in indoor environments.
Practical installation tip
The cabinet is supplied as a flatpack with a complete installation kit, 2 keys and manual. Please note that the profile rails are depth-adjustable, which is handy for different device depths. Plan the mounting location carefully – make sure there is sufficient ventilation around the cabinet and easy access to the rear for cabling before carrying out the wall mounting.
