Effortlessly bridge long distances without signal loss with this fibre optic cable. With 18 Gbps transmission and 4K support, you enjoy sharp images over long connections between devices.
When do you choose this product?
When should you choose a fibre optic HDMI cable?
A fibre optic HDMI cable is the right choice when you want to transmit high-quality 4K images over longer distances without any loss of quality. Unlike copper cables, fibre optic cables maintain their signal strength perfectly. You need this type of cable for presentations in large rooms or when your AV equipment is positioned far apart.
Why this fibre optic HDMI cable?
This cable gives you the flexibility to connect devices in different corners of an office space or meeting room. For example, you can connect a laptop at the meeting table to a projector on the ceiling, or link a media server in a technical cabinet to a display on the wall. The active optical system ensures the signal remains stable.
High transmission speed up to 18 Gbps
This cable supports a signal transmission speed of up to 18 Gbps, allowing you to display 4K content smoothly at 60Hz. For Full HD images, refresh rates of up to 120Hz are even possible, providing extra smooth motion during videos or presentations. The HDMI 2.0b standard is also backwards compatible with older equipment.
Practical tip for use
Please note that this is an active cable with a detachable connector, which means power is required for it to operate. Always connect the cable to the source device first before switching on the destination device. The gold-plated contact surfaces and metallised housing ensure reliable connections and protect against interference.
