Control your computer remotely over the network while retaining sharp Full HD image quality. Thanks to KVM functionality and USB ports, you operate your system as if you were sitting right in front of it, and the sturdy metal housing guarantees durable use.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a KVM IP extender?
A KVM IP extender allows you to control your computer remotely over the network. You can then view your screen and operate your keyboard and mouse from another location, as if you were sitting directly in front of your computer. This is ideal when your server or computer is located in a different room, floor or even building than where you want to work.
Why choose this HDMI variant?
This DIGITUS set supports Full HD picture quality via HDMI, giving you sharp images while working remotely. The compact metal housing measuring 90 x 110 x 27 mm takes up little space and offers sturdy protection.
How does the operation work?
The transmitter connects to your computer via HDMI and USB, while the receiver connects to the network. Both units have a reset button for resolving any connection problems. The transmitter has four LED indicators that show the status of the connection, so you always know whether everything is functioning correctly.
Practical installation tip
Make sure both units are connected to a stable network with sufficient bandwidth for Full HD transmission. The receiver has two USB-A ports, so you can connect both a keyboard and a mouse. Use the KVM button on the receiver to easily switch between local and remote control of your system.
