What are keystone modules and when do you need them?
Keystone modules are modular network connectors you use to set up a professional network infrastructure. You need these DIGITUS category 6A modules when you want to fit patch panels with RJ45 ports for a reliable internet connection in offices or server rooms.

Why choose category 6A shielded modules?
These modules support category 6A as standard, allowing you to achieve higher network speeds than with lower categories. The shielding provides better protection against electromagnetic interference, which is essential in environments with a lot of electronic equipment that can cause disruption.

Tool-free installation saves time
The main benefit of these modules is their tool-free installation. You can fit them into patch panels without any special tools, which considerably shortens installation time. This makes the work more efficient, especially on larger projects where you need to create multiple connections.

Practical considerations when using them
Please note that the dimensions are 14.5 x 35.3 x 19.5 mm, so you can check whether they fit your patch panel. With 24 pieces in one pack, you have enough modules for a standard 24-port patch panel. The grey colour gives a professional, neutral look that suits most network cabinets.
