What does this product do?
These Cat. 6 S/FTP patch cables are suitable for use with routers, switches, servers and other active or passive components. The cables support 1 Gigabit Ethernet and PoE+.

Why choose this 2-metre length?
At a length of 2.0 m, the cables are suitable for connections between nearby devices. You get 10 pieces in one polybag, so you have multiple cables on hand at once.

What makes this S/FTP version special?
The S/FTP version consists of pairs wrapped in metal foil, and the cable is fully braided shielded. The cable has 4 x 2 copper cores (AWG 27/7) in twisted pair, with an impedance of 100 Ohm. The jacket is LSOH and halogen-free. The cables have been tested to ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50173 and DIN EN 50288-5-1.

Practical details for installation
The RJ45 connectors are overmoulded with flexible strain relief and feature protection for the locking tab. The transparent red connectors have a metal shield. The boots are fitted with length markings and the wiring is 1:1. Thanks to the red colour, the cables are easy to distinguish in your network installation.
