Add a stable network connection quickly without the hassle of drivers. Plug this adapter into your USB-A port and work straight away over a fast, reliable cable connection instead of Wi-Fi.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This USB 3.2 ethernet cable provides a direct internet connection via the USB port of your laptop or computer. You need this product when your device has no built-in ethernet port or when the existing network port is defective. The cable offers a stable and fast internet connection without depending on Wi-Fi.
Why this length and design?
With a cable length of 2.0 metres, you have enough freedom of movement to place your laptop at a comfortable working distance from your router or network switch. The aluminium housing with an outer diameter of 6.2 mm ensures durability and protection against interference. The black colour blends in neutrally in most office environments.
Speed and network performance
This cable supports speeds up to 1000 Mbps (gigabit ethernet) and uses Cat. 6A S/FTP specifications. This means you make full use of the bandwidth of modern internet connections and experience no delay during large file transfers or video conferences. The shielding prevents interference from other electronic devices nearby.
Compatibility and installation
Thanks to USB 3.2 Gen1 with backward compatibility, this cable works with virtually all modern computers and laptops with USB-A ports. Older USB ports are also supported, albeit at lower speeds. The plug-and-play functionality means you don't need to install any additional software - simply connect the cable and your internet connection is immediately active.
