When do you need document folders?
You use document folders to keep loose papers safely and organised during transport or storage. They are ideal when you want to protect documents from dirt, moisture and creases, for example when taking contracts, reports or other important papers to meetings or clients.

Why choose transparent folders with hook-and-loop fastening?
The transparent design means you can see straight away which documents are inside, without having to open the folder. The hook-and-loop fastening provides a reliable closure that prevents papers from falling out, while you can still open the folder quickly and quietly when needed.

Capacity and sturdiness of these folders
These document folders have a thickness of 0.2 mm and can hold approximately 70 sheets of paper per folder. Thanks to the screen-printed design, they are sturdy enough for regular use, yet still flexible and lightweight to carry. The capacity of 70 sheets is more than sufficient for most document sets.

Practical tip for use
You receive 5 folders straight away in one package, so you can keep different projects or document categories separate. Store the folders lying flat in a drawer or standing upright in a document box to extend their lifespan. Thanks to the A4 size, standard documents fit perfectly without folding or cutting.
