Lost documents? With these magnetic sleeves, you stick them with self-adhesive to any surface you like and close them securely with the handy click fastener. The 5 colours red, yellow, blue, green and orange instantly give you an overview on your desk or in your storage room.
When do you choose this product?
What are magnetic document pockets for?
Magnetic document pockets are transparent protective pockets that keep your documents safe while keeping them clearly visible. Thanks to the self-adhesive back, you can easily stick them to smooth surfaces such as glass, whiteboards and other flat surfaces. They are ideal for organising important papers that you need regularly but still want to keep tidy.
Why choose A4 size with coloured closures?
The A4 size is perfect for standard documents, letters and overviews that you use every day. The coloured magnetic closures in red, yellow, blue, green and orange make it possible to visually distinguish different categories of documents. This way you can quickly find the right document without having to open every pocket.
Transparent material for an overview
The transparent material means you can see the contents straight away without opening the pocket. This saves time when searching for specific documents. The magnetic closure holds your papers firmly in place, while still allowing you to consult them easily when needed.
Practical use in the office
This set of 5 is handy for setting up a colour-coded system. For example, you could use red pockets for urgent matters, blue for administration and green for project documents. The self-adhesive back adheres well to smooth surfaces, but make sure the surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion.
