When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A zip-fastener envelope is the ideal solution for safely storing and transporting important documents that you need regularly. Unlike ordinary folders or sleeves, the zip fastener lets you close the contents completely, so papers cannot fall out during transport or storage.
Why choose the DIN-long format?
This format is specially designed for standard DIN-long documents such as letters, invoices and official correspondence. With internal dimensions of 235 x 100 mm, folded A4 documents fit perfectly, while you can also store smaller items such as business cards or notes without them rattling around in an oversized space.
Splash-water protection for extra peace of mind
The PVC material with reinforced threads offers splash-water protection, so your documents stay safe in the event of unexpected rain or spilt liquids. The thickness of 230 my provides sufficient sturdiness without making the envelope awkwardly thick. The transparent material lets you see at a glance what is inside, while the red zip fastener ensures quick recognition.
Practical tip for everyday use
The supplied hanger allows you to attach the envelope to a notice board, hook or hanging file. This is especially useful in the office, where you regularly need access to specific sets of documents. The zip fastener opens and closes smoothly, so you can quickly get to your documents without damaging the envelope.
