What does an alphabetical index guide do and when do you need one?
An alphabetical index guide helps you systematically arrange documents, business cards or other papers in alphabetical order. You use this product when you want a clear filing system for contacts, customer details, invoices or other documents that you need to be able to find quickly.

Why choose this A5 landscape format?
The A5 landscape format (210 x 148 mm) is practical for desk use because it doesn't take up too much space, yet still offers enough room for standard documents. Thanks to the landscape orientation, you can easily open the guide and consult it without using much desk space.

Advantage of the writable index tabs
The index tabs on this alphabetical guide are writable, so alongside the embossed letters you can add your own notes. This gives you extra flexibility when organising your documents. The tabs are 40 mm wide, which provides enough space for clear marking.

Practical layout with 25 sections
This guide is divided into 25 sections according to the 5-5 system. This means some letters are combined to achieve a balanced distribution. The plastic material ensures durability with frequent use. When in use, keep the embossed letters clearly visible by cleaning the guide regularly.
