When do you need wire-hinge pouches?
Wire-hinge pouches are used for organising and archiving documents that you need to consult regularly. The wire hinge makes it possible to quickly add or remove papers without opening the pouch completely. This is ideal for active files, project folders or documents that have not yet been permanently archived.

Why choose the A4 portrait format?
The A4 portrait format with external dimensions of 223 x 368 mm is perfectly matched to standard A4 documents. You can keep letters, reports and contracts upright, so they remain easy to read in your filing system. This format also fits most standard suspension files and archive boxes.

Advantage of the yellow colour coding
The yellow back provides instant recognition in your archive. For example, you can assign a colour to each project, department or level of urgency, so you can find your documents more quickly. The transparent front remains see-through, so you can view the contents without opening the pouch.

Practical details for use
These pouches are suitable for scanners, which is handy if you want to archive documents digitally without removing them from the pouch. The zinc-plated wire is flexible yet retains its shape, and the PP material is document-safe – it won't damage your papers. With 50 pieces in the pack, you have sufficient stock for a complete filing system.
