When do you need an A-Z index register?
You use an index register to arrange documents, notes or cards alphabetically in a ring binder or folder. This DURABLE index register is specially designed for A6 landscape format, which is handy if you want to store smaller documents or cards systematically and find them quickly.

Why choose this 25-part A-Z system?
With 25 parts you get a complete alphabetical division from A to Z, with some letters combined. This offers sufficient detail for most applications without the system becoming too complex. The A6 landscape format fits perfectly in compact ring binders and takes up little space on your desk.

Advantages of the embossed tabs
The tabs are embossed, which means the letters are raised. This keeps the letters clearly visible, even after intensive use. The tab width of 25 mm makes it easy to distinguish the different sections and quickly find the right letter.

Practical tip for use
The reverse sides of the tabs are writable, so you can add your own notes on the back of each tab. This is useful if you want to indicate specific subcategories or if you want to adapt the system to your own needs. Make sure your ring binder is suitable for A6 landscape format (148 x 105 mm).
