What are document sleeves and when do you need them?
Document sleeves protect important documents against dirt, moisture and wear while keeping them legible. You use them to store contracts, certificates, manuals or other documents that you consult regularly but want to keep neat in folders or ring binders.

Why choose this A4 format with universal punching?
These sleeves fit standard A4 documents perfectly and feature universal punching. This means they fit almost any ring binder or folder, regardless of brand or hole spacing. The opening at the top makes it easy to slide documents in and out.

Sturdiness thanks to 0.08 mm thickness and embossed surface
At a thickness of 0.08 mm, these sleeves are sturdy enough for intensive use without becoming too stiff. The embossed (lightly textured) surface ensures that the sleeves are less likely to stick together and gives a professional appearance. The transparent PP material remains clear and does not yellow quickly.

Practical stock for the office or archive
A pack of 100 pieces provides sufficient stock for most office environments. You can insert documents of various thicknesses and the sleeves will stay neatly in your folder. When inserting documents, take care not to overfill them, so that the punched holes do not tear when turning pages.
