What is a quick binder and when do you need one?

A quick binder is a practical office folder that lets you organise loose documents quickly and temporarily without having to punch holes. You use this type of folder when you regularly need to add or remove documents, such as for project files, meeting papers or temporary administration.

Why choose this yellow PP film model?

This DURABLE quick binder is made from PP film, which means it is sturdier and more durable than ordinary cardboard versions. The yellow colour makes it easy to spot among other documents. The A4 size fits standard office paper and most printers perfectly.

Transparent front for an instant overview

The transparent front cover is the main advantage of this quick binder. You can see at a glance which documents are inside without having to open the folder. This saves time and stops you from searching through stacks of folders for the right document.

Practical details for everyday use

The quick binder has a handy grip cut-out, so you can easily pick it up from a rack or stack. A labelling strip runs along the full height, where you can note the contents. This adds extra clarity, especially when you manage several projects at once or use the folder in a suspension file system.
