Handy snap binder that protects your documents and keeps them neatly stored in folders. Thanks to the removable strip, you can easily take the binder out of your ring binder without loosening the documents.
When do you choose this product?
What does a quick binder with a removable strip do?
A quick binder is used to keep documents together temporarily and to consult them quickly thanks to the transparent front. This DURABLE variant has a removable strip, allowing you to easily transfer the bound documents to folders or ring binders without having to punch them again.
Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format fits standard office paper and document sizes perfectly. The grey colour is neutral and professional, making your quick binder suitable for both internal documentation and presentations to clients. The rigid film construction keeps your documents well protected against folding and tearing.
How does the removable strip work?
The slide-out strip has a standard punch spacing of 80 mm, so it fits almost all Dutch lever arch files and ring binders. You can first collect and sort documents in the quick binder, and later slide out the entire strip to place everything directly in the right folder. This saves time and prevents duplicate work.
Practical compatibility
The 80 mm punch spacing of the strip is the Dutch standard for lever arch files and ring binders. Check whether your existing folders use this size - this is usually stated on the label or in the product description. The transparent front lets you read the contents directly without having to open the quick binder.
