Transparent snap binder that makes your documents instantly visible and protects them against dirt and moisture. Thanks to the extendable strip, you can easily store it in folders and ring binders.
When do you choose this product?
When do you use a quick binder?
A quick binder is ideal when you want to temporarily bundle and organise documents without punching holes straight away. You use this product for sorting contracts, reports or other A4 documents that you later want to archive permanently. The transparent front cover lets you see the contents immediately without opening the binder.
Why choose a slide-out strip?
This DURABLE quick binder has a slide-out clamping strip that you can pull out when you want to store the documents in a lever arch file or ring binder. After sliding it out, the quick binder itself stays neatly in place while the documents are integrated into the filing system. Please note: when filing in lever arch files, the product protrudes sideways.
Sturdy hard-film construction
The quick binder is made of sturdy hard film, which means it withstands regular use without tearing or warping. The transparent front cover stays clear so you can always see which documents are inside. This combination of durability and transparency makes the product suitable for heavy office use.
Note the 80 mm hole spacing
The slide-out strip has a hole spacing of 80 mm, which matches the standard Dutch 2-hole punching. This means you can store the documents without problems in regular lever arch files and ring binders. Do check that your filing system uses the same 80 mm hole spacing before purchasing large quantities.
