When do you need vinyl labels?
Vinyl labels are used for durable labelling that must withstand moisture, wear and extreme temperatures. This type of label is ideal for outdoor applications, industrial environments or places where paper labels are too fragile. Think of labelling cables, pipes, tools or products that are cleaned regularly.

Why choose a 24 mm width?
The 24 mm width offers enough space for clearly legible text without the label becoming too conspicuous. This size is perfect for labels with a single line of text in a clear typeface, or for short descriptions over two lines. For standard office and warehouse applications, 24 mm strikes an excellent balance between legibility and practical size.

Yellow with black text for maximum contrast
The combination of a yellow background with black text ensures excellent legibility, even from a distance or in less than ideal lighting conditions. This colour combination is often used for warning labels or to make important information stand out even more. The yellow catches the eye without being garish.

Compatibility and practical use
This vinyl label with reference number 1805431 has been developed for Dymo label makers that are suitable for 24 mm wide tapes. With a length of 5.5 metres, you can make approximately 60–80 labels, depending on the length of text per label. Before use, check whether your label maker supports vinyl labels, as not all Dymo devices are suitable for this more robust material.
