What does an ink eraser do, and when do you need one?
An ink eraser is a special pen that lets you remove written text. This product is indispensable when you write regularly with ink but still want to make corrections without crossing out or leaving smudges. Perfect for notes, forms or documents where a neat appearance is important.

Why choose this system?
This EBERHARD FABER ink eraser combines two functions in one: a blue fineliner tip for writing and an eraser tip that specifically removes royal blue ink and erasable gel. This means you don't need two separate pens.

How does removing ink work?
The ink eraser only works on royal blue ink and erasable gel – these special types of ink can be chemically removed. Regular ballpoint ink or other colours cannot be removed with it. The medium line width (M) ensures a good balance between precision and ease of writing for everyday use.

Practical considerations when buying
You get 2 pieces directly on a blister pack, handy if you want one at home and one at the office. Please note that you can only erase what you have written with the same pen or other erasable blue ink. Always test first on a small piece to see whether the ink you want to remove actually disappears.
