This parasol base keeps your parasol firmly in place, whether you're working or relaxing on the terrace. Fill it with water or sand, and the adjustable opening fits almost any parasol pole. UV-resistant plastic means it can stay outdoors for years without any problems.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a parasol base?
A parasol base keeps your parasol stable, even in the wind. This plastic base from EDA is specially designed for use on terraces, balconies and in gardens where you cannot make a fixed attachment. You fill the base with water or sand to create the weight needed for stability.
Why choose a fillable base?
This 43 cm wide base offers flexibility because you decide how much weight to add. Water is handy if you want to move the base regularly, while sand provides more stability in windy conditions. The advantage of a fillable base is that you can empty it for transport or winter storage.
UV-resistant plastic for long-term use
The material is UV-resistant, which means the white plastic will not discolour or become brittle from sunlight. This is essential for a product that stays outdoors all season. The plastic construction also makes the base lighter than concrete alternatives, which makes it easier to move.
Compatibility with different parasols
The opening is adjustable from 18 to 32 mm, so the base suits parasols with different pole thicknesses. Before purchasing, measure the diameter of your parasol pole to be sure of compatibility. The round shape with a 43 cm diameter provides enough surface area for stability without taking up too much space on smaller terraces.
