What is a document folder and when do you need one?

A document folder such as this ELBA A4 folder is designed to store and transport loose documents in an organised way. You use this type of folder when you regularly work with various sheets of paper that you want to keep tidy, but do not want to bind permanently as you would in a ring binder.

Why choose this A4 format?

The A4 format is a perfect fit for standard Dutch office paper and documents. This ELBA folder accommodates all common A4 documents without you having to fold or cut them. The blue colour makes it easy to distinguish this folder from other documents in your office or bag.

What does the 80 mm spine width mean in practice?

With a spine width of 80 mm, this document folder offers substantial storage capacity for a considerable amount of paperwork. This thickness makes the folder suitable for project files, contract collections or other bulky document sets that you consult regularly but do not want to archive permanently.

Practical compatibility and use

This ELBA document folder works with all standard A4 paper sizes used in Dutch offices. The folder is ideal for temporary storage of active projects, transporting documents between locations, or as an intermediate step before filing paperwork permanently in ring binders. Thanks to its sturdy construction, your documents remain protected during transport.
