When do you choose this product?
What are index tabs and what are they used for?
Index tabs are small plastic tabs that you attach to suspension files to keep your filing system well organised. You use them when you want to distinguish between different categories of documents by means of colour. They make it possible to find the right file at a glance.
Why choose dark green index tabs?
Dark green is a neutral colour that stands out well among other document folders without being garish. This colour works excellently in business environments and suits most office interiors. With 25 pieces in one pack, you have enough tabs for a complete section of your archive.
Suitable for the ELBA vertic 1 suspension filing system
These index tabs are specifically designed for the ELBA vertic 1 suspension filing system. The dimensions of 20 x 5 x 16 mm ensure that they fit perfectly and stay firmly in place. This precise fit gives you a professional and organised archive.
Practical tip for optimal use
Before ordering, check that your suspension files are compatible with the ELBA vertic 1 suspension filing system. You can combine different colours to create a colour coding system: for example, dark green for financial documents, blue for contracts and red for urgent matters. In this way you create an efficient filing system in which you can quickly find the information you need.
