When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents well organised in suspension file cabinets or drawer units. You use them when you regularly need access to different files and want to be able to find them quickly. The ELBA chic ULTIMATE suspension files are specifically designed for A4 documents and offer a professional solution for office and home use.

Why choose this size and packaging?
These suspension files measure 318 x 6 x 245 mm and are perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The pack of 25 is ideal when you want to set up a completely new filing system or expand your current one. With this quantity, you can organise several projects or categories straight away without having to reorder later.

Sturdiness thanks to 240 g/m² card
The extra-durable 240 g/m² card ensures that these suspension files keep their shape, even with frequent use. This weight means the files won't sag when you fill them with documents, and the edges won't quickly get damaged when pulling them in and out of the cabinet.

Complete with index tab and labels
Each suspension file is supplied with an index tab and matching labels, so you can start labelling straight away. The organisation print on the file itself helps you systematically arrange your documents. This means you don't need to buy any separate accessories to set up a professional filing system.
