When do you need filing folders?
Filing folders are indispensable tools for organising and protecting loose documents in your archive or working file. You use them when you want to keep papers without punching holes in them, or as temporary storage before documents are permanently archived.

Why choose the half front cover variant?
This ELBA filing folder has a half front cover (halber Vorderdeckel), which means the front cover only partially covers the contents. This design offers a good balance between protection and accessibility: your documents remain visible and easy to reach, while still being adequately protected against dust and falling over.

Practical advantage of the cardboard version
The cardboard material provides sturdiness without excessive thickness, so the folders remain easy to stack within your filing system. The blue colour helps you create a colour-coded system, so you can visually distinguish different categories of documents.

Smart benefit of the packaging
With 50 pieces per pack, you have sufficient stock straight away for a complete project or an entire department. This prevents you from running out of folders halfway through an archiving job and ensures your filing system has a consistent look.
