When do you need these folders?
These ELBA Smart Pro folders are ideal for structured archiving of A4 documents in an office or home working environment. With a spine width of 80 mm, they offer sufficient space for storing a considerable amount of paperwork, without the folder becoming too heavy to handle.

Why choose this size and packaging?
The 80 mm spine width is a practical middle ground between compact filing and sufficient storage capacity. With the pack of 10 pieces, you can set up a uniform filing system straight away or top up your stock. This is especially useful for offices that regularly create new project folders or renew their archive every year.

A smart combination of materials
These folders combine an outer cover of PP (polypropylene) with an inner side of paper. The PP material on the outside ensures durability and protection against moisture and wear, while the paper inner side keeps the whole lighter and offers a less slippery surface, so documents are less likely to slide out.

Practical details that make the difference
The folders are equipped with a transparent pocket in which you can swap the spine label, a finger hole for easy grabbing from the cabinet, and edge protection for extra sturdiness. The yellow colour ensures good recognisability in your filing system, which speeds up finding documents.
