What does a folder do, and when do you need one?
A folder is a practical office solution for temporarily organising loose A4 documents. You use one when you want to bundle papers quickly without punching holes or fixing them permanently. This makes folders ideal for sorting invoices, contracts still awaiting review, or documents you need to consult regularly.

Why choose the A4 format?
The A4 format fits perfectly with the Dutch office standard. You can store all common documents in it: letters, reports, printouts and copies all fit in without any problem. The format is compact enough for your desk, yet offers plenty of room for a substantial amount of paper.

Manila card offers durability for heavy use
The manila card material provides sturdiness without unnecessarily increasing the weight of the folder. This type of card keeps its shape well, even when opened and closed repeatedly. The construction is strong enough to withstand daily use, yet flexible enough not to tear under normal office use.

Practical grey colour for professional use
The grey colour is neutral and suits any office environment. Grey shows wear less quickly than white folders and retains a neat appearance for longer. You can easily combine this colour with other office supplies, and it doesn't stand out awkwardly in filing cabinets or on your desk.
