When do you need a sorting folder?
A sorting folder with 7 compartments is useful when you want to sort and organise documents directly, without first having to put them in a ring binder or ordner. This is ideal for project documentation, administration, or when you regularly need to switch between different categories of documents.

Why choose 7 compartments?
With 7 compartments you have enough room to divide your documents logically without the folder becoming too thick. For example, you can sort by day of the week, or keep different phases of a project separate. The A4 format fits the standard Dutch document size.

Advantages of the cardboard version
Cardboard is sturdy enough for daily use and offers good protection for your documents. The material is lighter than hardboard folders but more robust than plastic variants. The green colour makes this folder easy to spot among other documents.

Practical usage tip
Label each compartment clearly at the top so you can quickly find the right document. The ELBA quality guarantees durable hinges that withstand frequent opening and closing. Store the folder lying flat to prevent warping, and make sure the compartments don't become overfull.
