When do you use a 12-pocket sorting folder?
A 12-pocket sorting folder is ideal when you regularly need to order and categorise documents. It gives you enough room to keep different projects, clients or topics separate. This ELBA model lets you store A4 documents neatly without needing several folders.

Why choose the 12-pocket format?
With 12 compartments you can set up a comprehensive system for document management. This number of pockets gives you the flexibility to keep both ongoing projects and archived documents organised. For example, you can divide them by month, by client or by category without the folder becoming too thick.

Bordeaux colour for a professional look
The bordeaux colour gives this sorting folder a business-like and stylish appearance. This dark shade is practical because stains and wear are less noticeable than on lighter colours. Bordeaux also suits professional environments and combines nicely with other office materials.

Compatible with standard A4 documents
This sorting folder is suitable for all A4-size documents, from letters to contracts and reports. You can use the folder either upright or landscape, depending on your storage space. For optimal use, you can label the pockets with small stickers to make your system even clearer.
