When do you need a 7-compartment sorting folder?
A sorting folder with 7 compartments is ideal when you want to categorise and sort documents straight away, without having to punch holes in them first. It is perfect for project documents, invoices, contracts and other paperwork that you consult regularly and want to keep quickly accessible.

Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format matches the standard Dutch document sizes and offers enough room for ordinary letters, printouts and forms. With 7 compartments you can set up a clear system for different categories without the folder becoming too thick to handle practically.

Cardboard construction for everyday use
This model is made of cardboard, which gives it a sturdy yet flexible construction. Cardboard holds its shape well under normal office use and is lighter than plastic alternatives, so the folder is easy to take with you between your workspace and the meeting room.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Store this sorting folder upright in a drawer cabinet or on a bookshelf, so you can easily reach all the compartments. Make sure you don't put more than about 10–15 sheets in each compartment, so the folder is not overloaded and the compartment divisions remain clearly visible.
