When do you need suspension files with a side tab?
Suspension files with a side tab are essential for keeping A4 documents well organised in suspension file cabinets or drawers. You use them when you want to store a lot of paperwork in a structured way and need quick access to specific files. The side tab prevents loose papers from falling out during transport or when flicking through other folders.

Why choose this ELBA format?
These suspension files have exactly the right dimensions for A4 documents, with a width of 318 mm and a height of 240 mm. The format is perfectly suited to standard suspension file cabinets and provides enough space to store documents without them being crushed or damaged. The pack of 25 pieces is ideal for setting up a complete filing system.

Extra strength with heavy-duty cardboard
The 240 gram per square metre cardboard ensures exceptional durability and resistance to daily use. This heavier material prevents tearing and deformation, even with intensive use. Your folders retain their shape and functionality much longer than standard suspension files made from lighter cardboard.

Practical organisation with visible tab and labels
Each suspension file is supplied with a visible tab and labels, so you can start labelling your archive straight away. The organisational print on the folder helps you systematically sort documents. You can see at a glance what is in each folder, which saves time when searching for specific documents.
