When to use archive boxes
These ELBA suspension file archive boxes are used when you want to store and archive A4 suspension files. They are specially designed for long-term storage of documents you don't need every day, but still want to keep organised and accessible.

Why the tric system maxi format
The maxi format offers extra space for suspension files with tabs, so you can store more documents per box. The dimensions of 236 x 333 x 308 mm are matched to A4 suspension files and ensure that your files can stand upright without creasing or becoming damaged.

Sturdy construction for reliable storage
These boxes are made of stable corrugated cardboard and are closed on all sides, offering optimal protection against dust and moisture. The Verschlusslasche keeps the box securely closed, while the greifloch makes it easy to carry and to recognise within your archive.

Practical tips for use
The boxes are supplied in sets of 6, ideal for setting up a complete archiving system. Use the archive label areas on the box to clearly label the contents with date, subject or department code. This way you can quickly find what you are looking for and keep your archive well organised.
