What are suspension files and when do you need them?
Suspension files are essential office supplies for organising loose documents in suspension file cabinets or drawers. You use them when you want to archive a lot of paperwork without having to put it in folders. They hang from rails in your desk or filing cabinet and give you quick access to different files.

Why choose this cardboard variant?
These ELBA suspension files are made of 320 g/m² cardboard, which provides enough sturdiness for daily use. The cardboard material is lighter than plastic alternatives and therefore practical when you need to move files regularly. The ivory colour gives your office a neutral, professional look.

Advantage of the pack of 50 pieces
With this pack of 50 suspension files you immediately have enough stock for a complete reorganisation of your archive. This prevents you from running out of files halfway through a reorganisation. The quantity is ideal for medium-sized to large offices that want to standardise their document management.

Compatibility and practical tip
These suspension files have a commercial fold, which means they are suitable for standard European suspension file systems. They fit most office drawers and suspension file cabinets available on the Dutch market. Make sure your rails are the correct distance apart before you install the files, so that they can move smoothly.
