What does this product do?
These suspension files are designed for neatly organising A4 documents in suspension file cabinets or archive boxes. Use them when you want to store large numbers of paper documents in a structured way and find them quickly. The side opening gives you direct access to the contents without having to remove the file from the system.

Why choose this format?
The A4 format is a perfect match for standard Dutch office supplies, as virtually all business documents are used in this size. With dimensions of 318 x 240 mm, these files offer sufficient space for regular A4 sheets and are the right size for standard suspension file systems. The pack of 25 pieces is ideal for setting up a complete archive system.

Durability through material choice
The 240 gsm card provides extra durability compared with standard suspension files. This heavier material means the files keep their shape, even with intensive use and repeatedly inserting and removing documents. The anthracite colour also gives your archive a professional appearance.

Practical organisation support
Each suspension file is supplied with a visible tab and matching inserts for labelling. The organisational print on the file itself lets you see at a glance where each type of information belongs. This makes the system self-explanatory, even for colleagues who use the archive only occasionally.
