When should you choose a suspension file box system?
A suspension file box is the ideal solution when you want to archive documents without needing an expensive suspension file cabinet. You simply place the box on a shelf or in a cupboard, and your documents stay neatly organised and easily accessible. This system is perfect for smaller offices or home workspaces where space is limited.

Why choose this ELBA ULTIMATE format?
These suspension files are suitable for DIN A4 documents and measure 318 x 240 mm. The natron colour gives a professional, neutral look that fits into any office environment. With 25 pieces in one pack, you immediately have enough stock to set up a complete filing system.

Sturdy construction with plastic base plate
The combination of 240 g/m² cardboard with a plastic base plate provides extra strength and durability. This means your suspension files won't sag under the weight of documents and will last longer than standard cardboard variants. The plastic base also prevents the file from tearing when you use it frequently.

Complete system with handy organisation tools
Each suspension file is supplied with a visible tab and matching labels, so you can start labelling and organising straight away. The organisation print and slots are already pre-applied, meaning you don't need any extra tools to set up your filing system. This saves time and gives a professional look from day one.
